The Landmark at Foster Martin features Swimming Beyond, a dynamic, oil-on-canvas landscape created by Vancouver-based painter and industrial designer Zoe Pawlak. In Swimming Beyond, Pawlak embraces emotive colours to reflect her personal relationship with the great expanse of the White Rock landscape where the people, the sea and the mountains connect.
CREATING AN ICONIC LANDMARK
Inspired by the organic movement of the ocean, the lively Pier, and the mountain views, the dynamic built-form and public realm expressions of these towers have been designed to integrate with and complement the surrounding seaside community.

In continuation with Towers 1 and 2, the concluding tower at Foster Martin was designed by award-winning architectural firm IBI Group. Together, the built form of all three towers evokes the harmonious undulations of the sea, capturing the very essence of elevated seaside living.
The most outstanding amenity would be the pool. It's an incredible indoor / outdoor facility where you can enjoy the atmosphere of having sunshine in the summertime, and when its cold and grey in the wintertime we can still use the facility and swim and access the sauna and the other facilities.
